I decided to commit to RFC with Sue’s workouts & diet plan in the beginning of October 2016. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself in my life!

At the beginning, I couldn’t even do one proper push-up, let alone burpees for a consecutive minute. I was sore and hungry a lot during the first two weeks, but after that, my mind & body got used to a new routine. I really enjoyed learning about portion control, new foods & recipes, & nutrition. That’s what I wanted the most out of the program- to learn more about the food.

It is now June 2017 & I’ve participated in 3 RFC’s with Sue. I can honestly say this is the happiest I’ve ever been in my life about my body & mind. I feel so much more confident, energetic, & overall happier. I also think this has significantly transpired into other aspects of my life such as my career, & personal relationships. Everything truly starts with taking care of you! Everything I’ve learned with Sue, I can take & apply the rest of my life!
