I have always had the tools to be fitter and eat healthier, but I never had the motivation.  Watching Sue help so many of my colleagues was the original motivation required to get my but in gear.

With Sue’s education on eating cleaner and working out regularly I was able to loose 25lbs, drop from a tight 36 to a comfortable 34 inch waist and drop my man boobs, which had been a part of me since university.  I was able to run a 1:46 half marathon and look forward to challenging myself with faster times in the years to come.  Sue is motivational when she needs to be and pushes you past your comfort zone in ways you can’t push yourself.
