What I was trying to achieve for the last two years, you helped achieve it in 6 months!!

I LOST 20 LBS!!! Phew what a load off my arms, boobs, back, waist butt and thighsJ I  absolutely enjoyed the workouts. Feel good about my endurance and weight lifting abilities. Don’t need a man no more for my grocery bags lol!!

The food killed me but made me more aware of what I am consuming esp the sugar aspect. I instill  that awareness in my son too, which is a bit difficult.
